Delete your account

This page is here because Google Play requires a public account-deletion path. AgentOS is sold web-first; Android comes later.

In the app

When you are signed in, open Settings, then Privacy & data, then Delete account. That signs you out, deletes the account, and schedules the workspace for removal. You can export chats, memory, and tasks as a ZIP first.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email the AgentOS support address (TBD) from the same address as the account, with the subject “Delete AgentOS account”. Until that address exists, use the studio privacy address on the Privacy page: annaews@agentmail.to. We will confirm and delete within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your AgentOS account.
• The isolated workspace (chats, memory, tasks, approvals, uploads).
• Connected-tool tokens for that shop (revoked at the provider when we can, then wiped locally).

Stripe keeps whatever billing records the law requires. Canceling the subscription does not by itself delete the workspace — use this page or the in-app control.

Canceling billing only

You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds except where law requires. That is not the same as deleting the account.
