1. The service
AgentOS is Elder World Studio Inc's commercial product: your own AI employee built on EWS's agent framework. Agents are software, not employees or licensed professionals. You must review important output. We sell the product web-first; Android is coming later.
2. Your account
You create an account with a shop name, email, and password, then pay through Stripe Checkout. You are responsible for the account and for the instructions you give your agents. Agencies may use AgentOS for clients only if they have those clients' consents (this draft §7).
3. Plans and prices
Prices below are the ToS draft figures. They still need Joshua's final OK before launch.

- Extra agents $45/mo.
- Heavy tasks count as 10.
- Default: agents pause at your limit.
- Opt-in overage $10 per 500 tasks; hard stop at 2× included; alert at 40% of plan price.
- Waitlist: 20% off base price for the first 3 months.
- Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime. Access ends at period end. No prorated refunds except where law requires.
- Prices exclude tax.
Phone and per-minute voice rows are omitted until that product is confirmed live.
4. Approvals and limits
Payments, publishing, discounts, and messages to new contacts need your approval, plus any extra rules you set. Money actions on connected tools do not run until you approve them. Agents pause at the plan limit unless you turn on overage.
5. Connected tools
You connect your own tools (for example Gmail, Calendar, Drive) through OAuth. We do not collect, store, or forward a shop password. Tokens are stored encrypted for your workspace only. An agent can use only the tools you have connected. When a tool is not connected, you can email the agent or upload a file instead.
6. Your data
You own your data. We process it only to run the service. See the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion on the Delete account page.
7. Agencies
Agencies may use AgentOS for client work only if they have those clients' consents.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use AgentOS to break the law, to impersonate a licensed professional, or to send messages you are not allowed to send. You stay responsible for what goes out under your name.
9. Cancellation
Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds except where law requires.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. Agents can be wrong. They are not a substitute for a lawyer, accountant, doctor, or other licensed professional. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and other counsel open items remain listed as open in the source ToS draft until counsel closes them.
