Short version

• You own your AgentOS data. We process it only to run the service.
• Each shop gets its own isolated workspace.
• Tool logins are OAuth tokens, stored encrypted. We never ask for a shop password.
• Stripe processes cards. Card numbers never enter this site or the AgentOS app.
• This marketing site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Fonts and images are served from this site. Forms POST to Cloudflare Pages Functions. No cookies, no analytics, no ads. No Vercel or Hostinger.

1. Who we are

This policy is published by Elder World Studio Inc (“we”, “us”). AgentOS is our commercial AI-employee product. The existing studio privacy policy at elderworldstudio.com/privacy still covers our games and that website. This page restates that policy and adds the AgentOS section.

2. What this policy covers

This page covers:

• this AgentOS marketing and signup site;
• the AgentOS web app and Android app, when they are live;
• and, by reference, the Elder World Studio games and elderworldstudio.com as described on the studio privacy page (no accounts, no ads, no tracking in those games).

3. AgentOS data we process

When you sign up or use AgentOS we process:

• Account: shop name, email, password (password is stored hashed once the backend is live; this static site does not store it).
• Billing: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Stripe handles the card.
• Workspace: messages you send the agent, tasks, approvals, daily reports, memory you add, and files you upload.
• Connected tools: OAuth access and refresh tokens for the services you connect (Google Gmail, Calendar, and Drive in the current connector drop; later connectors follow the same vault). Tokens live in that shop's encrypted vault. Shop A cannot read shop B.
• Audit: connect, disconnect, invoke, and approval events, with secrets scrubbed.

We do not use AgentOS customer data to train shared models. Your data is never shared with another shop.

4. How we use it

• To run your agents and show you the web or Android app.
• To bill you through Stripe and enforce plan limits (pause at the limit unless you opt in to overage).
• To reply if you contact us.
• To protect the service (hosting request logs such as IP address, browser, and page, used to deliver pages and stop abuse).

We do not sell personal information. We do not use AgentOS data for advertising.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors that run the service:

• Stripe, for checkout and subscriptions.
• Cloudflare, for hosting this site and related infrastructure.
• The tool providers you connect (for example Google), only after you authorize them.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. This marketing site

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It uses no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising. Fonts and images are self-hosted. Signup and login forms POST to Cloudflare Pages Functions on this same project. Those functions are not live: they do not store passwords, send mail, or create a Stripe session. Hosting request logs (IP, browser, page) stay with Cloudflare to deliver pages and stop abuse.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep AgentOS account and workspace data while the account is open, and delete it when you delete the account (see Delete account). Emails to the studio privacy address are kept only as long as needed to handle the request, and no longer than 24 months after the last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise — same rule as the studio policy.

8. Security

Tool tokens are encrypted at rest in a per-customer vault. The workspace key is not in the app or this repo. No method of storage is perfect; we take reasonable measures.

9. Children

AgentOS is a business product. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and to object to or restrict processing. Email the studio privacy address above, or the AgentOS support address once it exists. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law.

11. Studio games (from the existing policy)

Our games do not collect, share, or sell personal data. There are no accounts, ads, or in-app purchases in those games. Save data stays on your device. Star Wayfarer for Android does not request the Internet permission. Full game-specific sections remain on elderworldstudio.com/privacy.

12. Changes

We will post updates on this page. If a change affects how AgentOS handles your data, we will update this policy before that change goes live.
