Will I get surprise charges?
No. Agents pause at your plan limit unless you turn on overage.
What needs my approval?
Payments, publishing, discounts, messages to new contacts, plus any rules you set.
Can I cancel?
Anytime; you keep access until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds except where law requires.
Who owns my data?
You do. We process it only to run the service. Tool logins are stored encrypted on our servers.
Can agencies use it for clients?
Yes, if you have your clients' consents (Terms §7).
Is there a phone app?
Web now; Android coming later.
